The Focus & Follow-Through Plan (10 Weeks)

• 10 weekly 50-minute sessions
• Personalized routine and structure plans
• Weekly accountability check-ins (Mon–Fri messaging)
• Real-time problem solving for current challenges
• Scripts for communication & expectations
• Between-session adjustments when plans fail (because they will — that’s part of the process)
